Dia de Reyes (King's day)

It is tradition in my country (Mexico) that children write letters to the 3 wizards (Los Reyes Magos) and ask them for presents... then, to make sure they get the letters, they tie them to balloons and let them fly away, so that they'll pick em up in the sky
